Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding holidays. Special online promotions may result in longer processing times. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way!
Morning Siren only: Most items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. This allows us to order smaller batches of fabric and reduce waste. We will notify you on the estimated time it will take to hand make your order.
We use USPS Standard Shipping and that will be determined based on weight of package (5-7 business days)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Final sale items
Custom or personalized orders
Return items received past 30 days of purchase
*** Late and ineligible returns (worn, stains, etc) will be re-shipped back to the customer.
Returns must be sent back via mail or in-person and received in original condition within 14 days of your order date for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any item that is returned without its original tagging or other materials intact. If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit. Original shipment fees are non-refundable.
Please be sure to include the following information in your package:
Date of purchase
Order Number or Copy of Receipt
Indicate if you would like store credit, exchange or refund.
*If it’s a gift, please include your name and purchaser’s name. Gifts are only redeemable for store credit.

For Morning Siren line only: We assess repairs on a case by case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the same information needed for returns and also include a picture of the repair needed on the product. Repairs can be requested up to 30 days past the day of purchase.
